In that case...

It depends entirely on what product you're using. If you actually use a wax, either liquid or paste, it's essentially gone in less than a month. This depends to some extent on what conditions your vehicle is subjected to... lots of sun, rain, etc. But don't expect a run of the mill wax to last more than a month.

If you use a sealant, you can expect 3-6 months before it needs to be re-applied. Again, it depends largely on what conditions the car is subjected to.

I apply a fresh coat of sealant every 3 months or so. Some last longer than others. You can top them with a wax if you feel the need, though I never have.

I wax my car once a month with Meguair's spray wax. Takes about 5 minutes to apply, ~30 minutes to dry, and another 10 minutes to wipe off. I LOVE IT. As for the leather, I'm usually the only one in my car, so I only clean/condition my leather about ever 6 months.

Totally depends on how often you wash your car and whether or not your car is garaged and how often. If for instance, you have kept you IS in the garage and drove it like once a month, then you would probably never need a wax.

If you keep it outdoors, maybe under a tree , and wash it multiple times a week, then perhaps you need to wax once a month.

For me garaged at home and work, but I washing it regularly whenever a little dirty...like twice a week. I will wax once a year or every 12000 miles.

I haven't polished/waxed since I bought the car...5500 miles now. I did just polish/wax the clear bra this weekend since I just got it installed last week and plan on doing the whole car before EOS

I'm presently looking for a good detailer somewhere in Southern California. Anyway, my car gets a touchless wax job weekly at the touchless car wash station. Is that any good?

Why not? It's quick and easy.
