No official word, nor any "real" spy pics or sightings.
There have been a lot of photochops of people just making the sedan a two door. I think the IS will be similar but stylized differently.
A lot of speculation is leaning towards a design similar to the LF-C:
Check out the similarities with the foglight design and headlights...

That an actual concept design by Lexus.
It has been in a couple of car shows in the past, but have slowly become obsolete. It's only a style study, but you can get the idea that it can be a precursor to the IS coupe.
Personally, I think this is a style study for the next gen SC, rather than the IS. But most people will debate that...
