got mine from Tustin Lexus in April. I originally planned on buying from Lexus of Westminster but the car I wanted was SOLD! So I contacted other dealers and Tustin had what I was looking
for though, I was not 100% satisfied with the service. In addition, I just got my car not too long ago after taking it in for my 5K service and I made an appointment for 10AM and by the time I got there, there were at least 20 people so I waited about a good 40 Mins until I spoke with an S/A
I did ask him whether it is first come first serve basis and he said yes, so i asked "whats the point of making appointments? he responded " that's a total BS" so not the highest service I would say...

Originally was getting mine at Westminster but they didnt have the color combo I wanted so Tustin matched thier price. like everyone says, Tustin really sucks when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I would not recommend them, Steer clear from them!!!!!

There is already a thread on this in the 2IS forums. I tried doing a search for you to find that thread but my computer lagged so I gave up. Just an FYI...

Visited Tustin Lexus twice and I have to agree that their sales people are unprofessional and their customer service are just as bad. I couldn't believe they can be bad the first time so I went back just to make sure. Sadly, I was right the first time. So don't come to Tustin. I thought Westminster was much better.

Magnussens Lexus of Fremont....
sales and service are very nice...but alot of misunderstandings before buying. I did buy remote and flew in for delivery so that added another layer of confusion. I had to go back and forth alot and write everything sales said down. Post-sales my salesperson was very accomadating, picked me up at airport, spent 3 hours explaining every feature of car, freebies, etc..

We got ours from Lexus of Thousand Oaks and were very pleased with how they handled the process. We first went to Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. The car we wanted was actually at Thousand Oaks and Keyes was going to have it transferred, but when they offered us next to nothing on a trade-in we walked out and drove to Thousand Oaks directly where we got a much better deal.

Bought mine opening day at Newport Lexus. I was impressed with how well the sales process went. I've read some of the complaints regarding Tustin Lexus and understand that Newport is owned by the same guy/company. No complaints with my experience and they had a much larger inventory of IS models to choose from.

My IS came from Tustin. Yes the same owner as Newport Lexus. When I was at Tustin for the six month service (2 weeks ago) they apologized for how busy they were. They are doing all their service AND Newport's service as well since Newport won't open their shop up till the end of August. So.......maybe the dust will setlle and all will be OK in Tustin in a few weeks. My experience with my special order and the service was just fine.

I live in NorCal but bought at Longo via Internet with Elise Fong. Awesome deal, MSRP $44,429, paid $40200 for the exact car I wanted. None of the NorCal dealers had the car, and they advised me if they did, they wouldn't discount more than $2k.
I would recommend Elise to anyone, she did a great job. The wife said it was "the best car deal she's ever seen" because it was quick and without any surprises.
Paid for airfare, a night at the Ritz in Marina Del Rey with dinner and drinks at jerne (their restaurant), and the drive back home with less than the money I saved.
