Thumbs up

Lexus Kearny Mesa. The salesman I had was great and everything he was suppose to be.

Originally I tried Bob Baker but the salesman I got was so arrogant and condescending. Like I need to be in the upper class to buy one. Little did he know I pay cash for my cars and there wasn't anything on his showroom floor I couldn’t afford.

Got mine at Lexus of Serramonte.
It actually wasn't my first choice, but I do recommend Nick Hart the internet sales manager. I thought I could get a better deal w/ steven's creek Lexus, but they couldn't get me the car I wanted, nor the price. After shopping around at different dealerships and I ended up with Nick Hart. He was very professional, well versed, and spent a long time w/ me during the test drive, purchase, delivery. I would recommend him.

Smile Newport is FABULOUS

Yes, its a state of the art facility, yes its brand new, and yes Orange County is famous for various things. This place is SOOOOO top notch. The people were nice, everything went very smoothly. My sales manager actually apologized that they had to move my "old car" out of the shot for a photo shoot being done to send to Japan ( I don't blame them, I mean it wasn't a Lexus!!) and then five minutes later, congratulated me that my NEW car had the honor of being the VERY FIRST car to be delivered out of the brand new delivery bays. Up until tonight, every else's new wheels got parked by the front door. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! If you want to know the name of my sales guy, just PM me and I will tell you. They were GREAT.

Don't let the fact that they are in Newport scare you. It was an AMAZING experience!

I LOVE my new car!!!!!!!!!!!!! (no pix yet, no camera )

Picked mine up from Newport Lexus. The largest dealer in the world. Sits on 14 1/2 acres with a showroom longer than a football field. Still under construction in parts. The men's room has LCD TVs over the stalls!!! Absolutely beautiful layout. Not sure how many stalls but having come from Fletcher Jones (the largest Mercedes dealer in the world) this place makes FJs look small. Something like 900 new models on the lot with more to come.

Yes, I would recommend them being aware that I just purchased my car and have no feedback on service, etc yet. But the buying experience was a very pleasant surprise.

Bought my car from Lexus of Glendale. Naturally from Peter Kong. Best guy I have ever dealt with. He has always been there and put up with me. hahahaha! After many months and back and forth on the cars. I finally took delivery of my car one week before my Birthday. What a great gift! Got a awesome deal! I think I still owe him a steak dinner. hehehe. Overall the best experience!!

I got mine from Coliseum Lexus in Oakland. A great experience, the easiest car purchase ever! I made the deal over the phone and took delivery 2 hours later... Lukman and Rod (sales mgr) were both very accomodating.

I bought mine from Longo and the purchasing experience was good. However, that's where it ended. Their service department is, how would you say, less than intelligent. Without going into detail, lets just say I won't be servicing my car there any longer.

Newport Lexus, on the other hand, is superb. I had such a great experience buying my wife's car there and their service bay will be HUGE. I'll be going there from now on!

Anybody have any experience with Joe Evans Lexus/Kia/Chevrolet? I think this dealership is in Compton.
