Hey guys. At the moment I have a Joe Z tube with the factory air filter box. I was thinking of taking out the box and replacing it with a Fujita air filter. What do you guys think? I found this link to a company that sells them.

The whole point of the Joe Z intake tubing is that it retains the stock air box so that your enging is not breathing in hot underhood air, but instead getting much cooler ambient air. That is the main reason why the Joe Z actually allows the engine to make more power versus the open cone setup of intakes like the Fujita and LMS.

So basically, not a good idea at all.
