Don't know if this has been discussed but I've come to notice that once in a while when I'm going over a bump or driving up a big sloped driveway, I hear a popping noise in the roof. Has anyone experienced this and brought it to the dealer? What did they say? It seems like going over bumps or whatnot might be torqueing the rood, but that cant happen, can it? Thanks in advance for all the replies.

i havent taken it in yet, but it started out the same as you described. now its popping and creaking almost all the time - maybe because of the hot weather . i didnt take it in because i was worried i'd get it there and they wouldnt be able to duplicate the problem. now that its more frequent, ill take it in. someone suggested to me that cleaning the track and the entire sunroof area would help. i did, it didnt! if you push up on it a little, you should be able to replicate the creaking - but again, the problem is still a bit intermittent. i ususally keep mine popped up anyway, so it doesnt bug me too much, but a lot of people are having the problem, you are not alone! try cleaning it as that cant hurt.
