Connecting puddle lamps to turn signals
So who is going to be the first person to tap the puddle lamps into the front turn signals? It looks like a simple job, except for having to fix the blinker speed...
It looks like the puddle lamps use a simple two wire connection as shown in this thread:

what's the point of blinking puddle lamps when they're pointing downwards? I think people on the road with real signal mirrors would laugh at mine cuz mine were pointing in the wrong direction no?
Seriously though I wonder why they didn't give the IS signal mirrors or side markers. I mean toyota even gave the Scion TC one of their lowliest cars side mirror blinkers!
