I'm loving it
Hey guys... My names is James and i just bought a brand new 06 is350. Just wanted to introduce myself and get to know some people in the chicagoland area. I used to drive an 2001 Toyota Solara so this is a great upgrade. I used to be on the solaraguy forum, so maybe there might be people here from there. My car is smoky granite mica with premium package and 18 inch rims. I haven't gotten it yet since i just bought it today and we are going to finish the paper work tomorrow. I totaled my solara so i ge this new lexy. Its also going to my 20th birthday present. Well i hope to see you guys onthe forum. oh and i was interested in HID kits so if people can post any info about them it would help a lot. Thanks so much! Can't want to get the car.

Welcome to the family. Wait till you actually bring the car home and start discovering stuff you never knew was there.... it like christmas everytime you drive the thing too.
There's quite a few posts regarding HID kits. You can find most of your answers probably via the search.

so guys im set on buying a kit from xenondepot for my hids, but the problem is i dont know what kit. i looked at all the of the pictures people had and i still can't decide between the 4300k or the 6000k. anyone got any good advice? i want to achieve the most light output and a stock look but i noticed that 4300k wasn't that much whiter than stock halogens. I know i know white isn't everything but i want to be a clear crisp white with no blue. Thanks guys!
