No AC on-car shakes a little
I noticed that when my AC is not one and the car idles at 500 rpm the car shakes a little and I can feel it when holding on to the steering wheel or the handle on the door.
Also when I come to a stop the rpm drops a little below 500 and I feel a brief shudder and it comes back up to either 600 or 500 depending if I have AC on or not.....
Are these conditions normal or should I get it checked out??
So far I am experiancing these problems with my 250 and it is 3 weeks old with 2000 miles
-Mentioned above (minor shaking and studder when coming to a stop
-Rattle near passenger side area (no idea where its coming from)
-Water spots on paint that will not come off
I have an appointment with the dealer on Thursday for the water spots as those bother me the most.....the others I think I will just bring up at my 5K service...what are everyones thoughts on these? Should I be concerned?

Mine does the Idle dip as well. Been doing it since day one when I took it home. Whether the A/C is on or off. Doesn't do it every single time, but it does it.
My idle shakes a bit more roughly on the first start up until I re-start again later it'll be smooth sailing. I can only really feeling it on the doors if I put my knee there. Other then that.....it's 10x smoother then my old car.

same prob
i experienced the shaking once in awhile and i brought it in, they couldn't fix it.
another annoying problem is the squeaking sound for the dashboard, and now.. after they fixed it... my speakers make sounds - noise like they didn't plug in the speaker correctly.
i don't think those technicians can do their job.

You can try Vinegar and water to remove the Hard Water Spots
or you can try - http://www.autodetail-school.com/det...ter-spots.html
If you have etched spots in the paint after the removal, use a fine cut polishing compound to polish them out.

I have etching due to some nasty bird vomit or poop or something. It was orange and didn't look like normal droppings. I'd say the bird threw his stomach lining out on the hood of my car.
Anyway, it sat for a day til I saw it the next morning and got it off. It left some hard etching on there that I can't seem to get out.
I've used Meguire's scratch x and some other polish/cleaner from Meguires but that still can't get it off.
What products do you recommend to get this out? Short of sanding and repainting, I don't know what else to do.

This happened to after having the car for 1month.
When i got my oil change i told the service advisor to look at the idle and fix it.
The Receipt say check and reset idle back to normal spec. have it done. they should not have problem on resetting it.
goodluck
