Creaking sound - ??
I am starting to notice that my car will make creaking sound from the back of the car (outside, not inside) in the morning. It usually happens after the car has been parked for a long duration of time, 8 hours+.
After I release the emergency brake, shift the D, and let go off the brake, the car will start to make the creaking sound when moving forward on its own. This happens WITHOUT applying to either brake paddle or gas paddle. The creaking sound is similar to the one you will hear when the brake needs to be replaced. After letting the car move for about 10 seconds, I will step on the gas and drive the car. The sound will disappear, even if I let the car move on its own at very slow speed.
I will let the dealer know when I bring the car in for 5000 service. It is currently at 3000 miles now. Just want to know if anyone knows what might make it happen like this. I have Sport Package and I contantly (about 60% of time) get the creaking sound from the rear suspension when I get out of my seat. I kind of suspect that these two are related but do not know for sure.

Ask your dealer about this (I only thought of this, because a creak could sound like a creak):
NV001-06 FRONT SEAT SQUEAK NOISE
Some customers may experience a squeak noise due to contact between the seat track locating pin(s) and the floor pan location hole(s).
