Talking After 8 hours of detailing... 56k go make yourself a meal.

Washed, clayed, polished with Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Polish II, then put on Clearkote Red Moose Machine Glaze and finally topped off with Poorboy's Natty Blue Carnuba Paste Wax. Man its so sexy.

Now for the obligatory reflection shot.

Edit: damn. here are some low res pictures. I'll figure out a way to post high res ones tonight.
Edit2: High res pics are up. yay.

Wow, nice job. How is the Menzerna polish? Did it get rid of all your swirls? The stuff I'm using right now doesn't cut at all.

Wink

Looks like with 8 hours of detailing you can make your car invisible! I have got to get myself some of that wax.

guys, i have removed some posts and attachments. we don't need 100 people to show the poster that he didn't post the pictures correct, and some attachment aren't that appropriate.

i checked the original post, there are some links but apparently they are invalid. hopefully poster will check back soon

thanks

It works really well. It works best with a rotary but if you have a porter cable you could use it as well. If you don't you might want to consider Meguiar's scratchx/colorx whatever or Poorboy's SSR 2.5/1 combo. It'll be painful applying by hand. Poorboy's is pretty user friendly more so than the Menzerna twins. So I would suggest Poorboy's with a Porter Cable.

Hah, thought the same thing - but the paint looks great.

Sometimes I don't black the tires if I'm going to be driving it soon after application. You can't let that stuff sling off the tires and onto the paint.

Must've ran out of time...tires take another couple of hours to shine.
