thank you soooooo much...

i went into Lexus and already got my 1 time free customization done to my car and after i got the car back i noticed that i forgot to tell them to change this feature....

Now instead of having to pay $xx.xx/hr i can now change it by myself....

Audis are way cooler in the way that you can control everything through the VAG-COM. VAG is a port under that dash where you plug in the computer to adjust everything from auto up windows, to headlight adjustment, to hidden radio features, to engine tuning. I wish these cars were as technologically advanced.

Lexus has a similar port, and hundreds of features that can be personalized.

Does Audi have any setting that will keep their cars from having major problems every 3k miles?

But Lexus doesn't have an aftermarket tool that will do that. You need to resort to the stealership.

Neither my 2 2004 A4s nor my 2005 S4 had any problems. I put at least 45-50K mi. on the A4s and approx. 25K miles on the S4. I think the only problem I had with any of them is they had to replace a part on the seat of the A4 because it broke and made the seat creak. I beat the hell out of all them too.

Don't get all offended bro, I was just asking a question and making a statement. You don't need to get your panties in bunch. Some people have very shallow egos, I swear. It is a car forum to talk about cars. I wasn't making fun of anyone, hell I even own a lexus IS now so I would think what I have to say would be somewhat unbiased.

my family still has a 1998 A4 2.8 running around with 132K miles... original clucth is a little weak... has a minor oil leak from a worn seal, a blown rear speaker... and and rear left window has problems rolling up... other than that the car runs fine. So whats wrong with Audi?

I'm not offended. Here, I'll say it a different way: In my opinion, any positive progress Audi makes is more than offset by their initial quality and reliability ratings, which are right up there with Pontiac.

My ego isn't threatened by Audi's VAG system. I was simply stating that Lexus has similar features, and reliability to go with it.

Better?
