17inch aluminum wheels
My sister got a is250 leather with moonroof package a few months ago and i notice something is missing in her car's appearance. It's missing some bigger wheels and better looking rims. 
So, in the aftermarket now- how much is it to get atleast some 17inch alloy wheels as a self-option at a lexus dealer?

Stock wheels are 17 so you may be lookeing for someting larger. Go to www.lexus-parts.com for OEM options.
