Thank you, but It is still on going. Steve wanted to give me a call, however, he never did.
I have spent so much time and nerves on this project already that I wish I'd buy from someone else, not XenonDepot for certain. Kaixen or some other... Even if that would be a $115 kit - at least it would be cheaper than one bulb from these guys and just could trow it away!

They still offer replacement bulbs on their web site, but still sent me some cheap ones instead.. Who knows what is the reason.

Hi Alex,

You had emailed me on the weekend so I apologize that I only called you now (Monday Morning - we are closed on the weekend).

Glad to speak with you. I will ship out those connectors for you right away.

Steve called me this morning (rather yesterday now ) and explained that they have a separate kind of bulb they sell for motorcycle applications. Although, it is not clearly distinguishable on their web site and not sold/listed as a spare bulb (why?), I have felt like he's been telling the truth, so I have asked him just to mail me the rest of my order (extra connectors) to settle this matter. He said he would ship them out right away... We'll see how it goes.
Meanwhile, with this follow up I wanted to be objective and let everyone know that I've finally was able to get expected level of attention from XenonDepot.com. I do not know why it did not happen from the very beginning, perhaps they get really busy often, but at this point I would be satisfied once I receive the rest of my order.
Thank you all.

Alex

I wonder if they fixed the 'sometimes one bulb doesn't ignite' problem yet. Very annoying issue... And it's not just with out kits (do a google search and you'll see plenty of others have the same problem with XD's kits)

Does anyone else have lots of trouble installing the driver side bulb? That space is way too tight and cramped, and I can't seem to get a good attachment from the bulb to the housing. I'm scared I'm going to bust my bulb clanging and bumping around in the projector housing.

Yup I've had great experience with them. I have purchased 3 of their volt kits and no issues at all. I will buy their Phillips upgraded kit once my oem ballasts go on the low beam.

4300kLow beam and 3kfog volt kits on my spouses sonata and 3kfog volt on my IS. I've bought bulb replacements elsewhere and never satisfied with the exception of the Ultinons I bought from Nigel-JDMparts on the GS.

XenonDepot has free shipping and clublexus discount on top of that.

I have HID low beams but my DRL's are yellowish color (not HID i assume). Can I use the same setup to get HID's for the DRL's or is there a seperate kit for this?

@MikeFoxx - thanks for taking the time to post up feedback!

@LexusKnown - Sounds like your ballasts are not low-draw, which can lead to the problem you're having. What kind of vehicle are you planning on installing the lights in?

The clublexus discount code for our HID kits is "CL"

Also, check out our Automotive Lamp replacement guide for other lighting upgrades we have for your vehicle.
