VDIM bypass trick doesn't work on the 350 right? *flame disclaimer inside*
been discussed many times I know, but the instructions in the Car and Driver ad about how to shut down the stability control doesn't work for the 350 does it? works with a hand brake not a parking break by the floor correct? I have a traction control button so this Nintendo shuffle with the break pedal and stuff doesn't work right? car doesn't have a hand brake.

yes I read the many posts on this. no I didn't see anything that specifically said it would or wouldn't work on a 350. its late, long day at work, and I'm sipping on Jack and Coke so I may have missed what I'm looking for. flame lightly..

It works on the 350. the traction off button on the dash deactivates after 25 or 30 mph so you still need to do the shuffle if you want it to stay off. But everywhere it says to pull the hand/e-brake, just push the foot e-brake.

1: e-brake down (On) before start engine
2: start engine and apply brake twice and hold it down
3: apply twice e-brake and keep it down (keep the "brake" light on)
4: brake twice more then you will see the traction light on
Some people said this wont turn the VDIM completely off (still have some VDIM...I donno...) but there will be a huge different between turn off and turn on

ok *takes sip of drink*... so the brake is on when you start the car. does the parking brake stay on as your pushing the brake pedal down or after the car is started do you take the parking brake off then push the brake pedal. i tried it a couple times and it didnt work. *takes another drink*

I have noticed that if you drive around for a bit then try it ...it doesn't work, so you need to turn the car off. But I have drove up the road a bit and then put the car in park and try it as well and it has worked with out turning the car off... it must have a sensor or something ..
