Has anyone else noticed this about the wipers?

This is absolutely normal. EVERYONE in the 2IS has speed-sensing wipers. But not mist-sensing wipers.

I think the new IS has the best wiper I've ever used. it clean the shild like 100 %

In addition the IS250... we own an Acura MDX. It too does the extra wipe after a stop. I havent tested this feature out much, because it hasn't rained today in California. However, on the MDX, once you release the brake pedal, the wiper will make a pass over the windshield to clear any water. The same goes for the IS250. The dealership says its a safety feature.
