Sorry to bump a 7 year old thread but those holes above the tailight and Lexus emblem, right on the "face" of the trunk, are those there from the factory if the car came with the oem spoiler?

I was thinking about swapping mine for a fsport style one but wasnt sure if those holes will be there

The "OEM" spoiler is never installed at the factory, it is an accessory. The trunks leave the factory with no holes and they are drilled later.

The only cars that come from the factory with holes and a spoiler are IS F and ISx50 F-Sport models (2010+, 2011+ for USA).

People use wacky terminology when referring to these things. The only actual OEM spoiler is the IS F / F-Sport spoiler. What people refer to as the "OEM Spoiler" is an accessory item offered by Lexus.

I have a 2010 base model but my trunk came from a 06-08 model (swapped trunks) and it has the lip spoiler on it. Does that mean that there are holes that wont be covered by a fsport spoiler?

Sorry for the confusion
