I would run a 225/35 up front and a 275/30 or 265/35 in the rear.

The wheels will fit fine, but those tires will be huge. I have 19x8,5 +35 & 19x10.5+40 with 235/35 & 275/30 and I rub slightly front and rear. Your front wheel is 5mm more aggressive than mine, so I imagine a 255 tire would be a nightmare. Your rear is 5mm less aggressive than mine, so a 275 would likely be fine without rubbing. I had to slightly roll my rear fenders and will need to relocate the bumper tab up front to eliminate my rubbing.
I would run a 225/35 up front and a 275/30 or 265/35 in the rear.

Sorry I've posted wrong offset, the actual offset is front +39 and rear +48.
I wonder what offset on HRE's wheels?

Just picked up a used set of Vordoven Forme 9's
with about 90% tread on the "City Racing Tires"?¿?¿?¿
18x9 +35 all the way around
225/40/18 all the way around
Godspeed Mono Max Coilovers
Dropped only an inch for now.

Looking for something similar
Hey all, need some help. I have been back and forth on what wheels I want for WAY to long now and have finally found a set I am absolutely in love with... but of course there's a problem. I live in the midwest and the roads are absolute garbage for the most part, so I don't want to run anything bigger than an 18" wheel, mmaaayyybe 19" (already bent an OEM 18" ). The wheel I found comes in a 20" as the smallest, and as much as I'd love to run 20's, it's just not a good idea where I live. So here is the wheel:
It is a Concept One csm-5. The thing I like about them compared to other similar designs is the steady yet gradual concavity into the middle (it doesn't have 2 planes of concavity) and the "Y" portion is squared out, not a sharp "V" shape.
You can see the constant gradual decline into the middle as opposed to...
this where it starts out flat then drops fast into the middle
Anyone know of a wheel that looks very similar to the CSM5 but comes in 18"-19"?

Some from Driven to Perform in Calgary, been too lazy to post. And just got the pictures from my friend recently. I should go out for better quality photos...but I'm way too lazy.... One day! Here's some for now.
PIAA SuperRozza, 19x7.5 with +42 offset. AWD IS250, didn't want to have any problems so I took the safe road with the 7.5 width. Plus, the PIAA fitment booklet suggested this size anyways so I went with their words.
Tanabe DF210 off a GS430, nice stiff ride, not too stiff though.
The shop suggested spacers for the rear, so I'm getting some custom made just for the rear. But I don't know when yet, the person that makes the spacers isn't in town recently so that'll have to wait for now until he is available.
