Lexus IS model: IS350
Wheel Make & Model: SSR GT7-H
Wheel Size (diameter and width): 19x8.5 F&R
Wheel Offset Front: +31
Wheel Offset Rear: +31
Compatible with tire pressure sensors? Looks like it but didn't confirm.

Tire Make and Model: Pirelli PZero Rosso
Tire Size Front: 235/35/19
Tire Size Rear: 245/35/19

Suspension mods: TEIN S-Tech Springs
Amount of drop: uhm.. not sure what the drop on the S-Tech's are

I rub in the front on small dips and I have the fender liner heatgunned. Front is very flush and rear is a tiny bit sunk in. I'd like to mention these are for sale, pm me for details.

would a 19x8.5 +33 with 225/35 rub in front??? and would 19x9.5 +45 rub at the back with 235/35?

The front would probably rub on the fender liner, but that's not because of the offset.

The rear definitely won't rub. You could probably put a 10mm spacer on it to bring it out and it still wouldn't rub.

Why do you think that? I don't expect rubbing issues, especially if you're running a 225 in the front.

Those look like G35 rims on the front.

I guess I should have clarified and said that it would probably rub on the back part of the fender liner when turning. The part that we all have to heat gun. It's not hitting there because of the offset, it's more overall diameter and how low you are.
