Interim Solution to Disabling DRL
I know this topic has been discussed to death, but here's my desperate solution to turning off DRL.
So I decided to mess around today and found a fuse that was designated to the Headligt Highbeams in the fuse compartment B of the engine bay (It's in the manual). I pryed out that fuse and sure enough, the DRLs were gone. I would only reconnmend doing this if you have bi-xenon lights, because this method would DISABLE THE HALOGEN HIGH BEAM BULBS. Personaly, I don't need 4 high beam lights . For those of you wondering, my parking light only comes on now when the low beams are switched on.
On a side note, the manual has a typo, the fog lights that came with my IS are 9006 Sylvania 51w bulbs, not 9004... checked it myself.
