Hi all. My wife turned 50 Nov 9th and wanted to buy her dream car, so sold my 07 RX8 and picked her up a nearly new IS250. Shes loving it and I've never been much of a luxury car enthusiast but I'm really liking this car...first Lexus.

1) 2013 IS250 (9000 miles)
2) RWD
3) Medator red mica
4) 18's Bridgestone turanza's
5) factory spoiler
6) Tan/black interior

Really enjoying this forum.

Hey CL members! I have been using this forum for the last 5 to 6 months to make a educated is250 purchase. Really have to thank you all for providing such accessible information for these cars, makes it that much more easier and enjoyable to own them. here is some info

IS250 Sport package
RWD
Starfire pearl
18 inch gunmetal sport edition rims on Michelin sport
OEM spoiler ordered, OTW
Black leather

I live in Canada, specifically in the Greater Toronto Area @ somepoint have to go for a winter setup

For now I will be doing small mods ( spoiler, lip, grill, led interior, redouts)

Hey,

New member here. I'm bought a used '08 IS250AWD. I got a pretty sweet deal on it and its a good upgrade. Car came under 30,000mi.

Its the sexy dark red with beige interior. It's got a few scratches (it was lady driven, take it for what you will), and some hail damage, but it drives great. Other than sucking gas I'm having fun driving this thing.

Cheers!

Finally!

After weeks of scooping around this forum I decided it's worth my time to join in the fun!

Proud first time owner of a 2010 is250 RWD. Bought it about two months ago and can't get enough of it!

Starfire Pearl with 18" Gun Metal wheels.
No spoiler.
Premium package with Back up cam/ Navi.
Black leather seats.

Only aesthetic mod. I've done has been the window tint but so many more mods on my list.

Really excited bc I bought a set of wheels today and will get them on Tuesday!

Glad to be part of this club!

Here's a pic from when I first got the baby and of the wheels I bought!

Default From the snowy north...

Hi to you all from north of Toronto.

It's snowy up here and i didn't get a chance to get my 2IS in the garage yet. (see pic )

I just picked up my 2oo7 IS2 a few weeks ago and now i cant wait until spring to drive it again. I teased myself for the first few weeks and it sits buried in snow

Is it spring time yet? !!!

anyway,

1) IS-250
2) RWD (six speed manual)
3) tungsten pearl
4) 18" Factory Lexus wheels

- future mods include axle back exhaust and clutch. Ok, maybe clutch first... The clutch doesn't slip, but does engage high up on the pedal travel.

Hey guys,

Two days new here. Just adding better and more recent pictures of my 250. (My first was 2 posts before this one)

Anyways, here's a list of my NEAREST future mods:

1. Wheels: 18" blk with machine finish face. (OTW)
2. Lowering springs.. not sure if I'm going with Eibach or H&R yet.
3. Wald Spoiler.. hopefully I can get it molded.
4. ISF Grille.
5. Intake + Exhaust.

And that's pretty much it to start of with.

P.S.. the only mod so far is the 360 degrees limo tint! Including moonroof!

are you lowered? and whats your offset on your wheels and with what size tires did you go with? I'll be getting some 19x10,5 rear with +35 offset

My setup is pretty conservative since its my DD. I am lowered on megans with no finger gap.
8.5x19 +35 F, 10x19 +35 R Work Gnosis GS-3
235/35/19F, 275/30/19R Bridgestones

Rubs a bit in the front since I have meaty tires. Rear fenders are rolled. Depending on how low you want to go, you will definitely need to roll the rears if you are going 10.5 +35s.

Hi All,
Just picked up a 2009 after a several months long search for a new car. The reliability record, the aesthetics, and stick shift option pushed me over the edge. Traveled 162 miles to get the right vehicle. My first luxury car and it is sweet. Considered an Acura TL and TSX but newer versions of TL are kind of fugly and TSX's have very low torque and are front wheel drive. So here is the rundown:
1. 2009 Model 250
2. RWD
3. Starfire Pearl White
4. 18's
5. STick shift with Navigation, Rear spoiler, and heated/ cooled seats
6. tan interior
Pics to follow soon.
