My name's Jeff and I bought my first Lexus about a month and a half ago. 2012 AWD IS350 with 29k miles. So far the only mods I've done are replace most halogen bulbs with LED's. Next on the list is getting an intake. I look forward to becoming a part of the Lexus community!

Have been dreaming of an IS for years. Last week my truck decided it wanted to give up on life, and have me drop more coin into her than any normal person would do. I weighed my options, and figured this was the perfect time to make the switch to a car that can carry my two young kids, is fun to drive, and fuel efficient. Hey everyone. I've been on the forum for a while but haven't checked this thread out. I had a 2001 IS300 for about 8 years and loved it. Amazing car, unbelievably reliable, with one of the best motors ever built. My love for the IS never faded but I recently sold it for an updated version.

My parents bought me the Lexus Is250 as graduation gift after finishing law school !! Its a pretty nice car, the design has aged really well (still looks good to this day). Best looking car in its class next to the Audi A4. That being said, after owning it for few months, I have somewhat became bored with it, as it does not have the exciting factor of driving, so contemplating on whether to buy an A4, but maintenance scares me!
