3IS Style Tail Lights on 2IS
So after the wait and what not, the tail lights came in yesterday. The install was quite easy. Best new mod to date for our 2IS to refresh and make the car stand out 10x more.
Unboxing.
Outside light on. The red on the tail lights are Crimson Red, just exactly like the new IS tail lights. Really nice touch.
Lights installed. The fitment is pretty darn good. No **** ups. GOOD QUALITY. It look unaligned since my trunk was open.
Testing them out. The pictures do not do it justice. For some reason the light color looks off, it seems more orange when you take pictures of them. But in person it flows perfectly well. The bars are true red with out any fade away of color. Signals are LED and when you brake the secondary LED's turn which are in between of the LED strips.

You really have to see it in person. The pictures make it look off even from me. I guess the camera does not capture the true color of the crimson red color of the tail lights

i ordered them in black, nice accent for SFP. however I won't get to install them until i get back from iraq!
