So today i brought My IS350 to the dealer for service. I lost me wheel lock. tires need balancing ECT.
I have never brought my car to the dealer, as im a new owner. Spoke to the service rep, gave him the vin # all the info on the car. Then he tells me there are 3 recalls that havent been done on the car. The VVTI actuator? and some type of fuel sensor? and dash board and door panels?... Wondering if anyone has gotten this done, and if i should do it? My car has 121K miles and runs perfect. Dash board and door panels have seen better days but arent bad. Just wondering if anyone knows the sysmptoms of whats being replaced it is all at no cost.

Didnt realize they make money off recalls good to know, the dash and door panels are scheduled for april 30th the fuel sensor and vvti are for march 30th. guess will see how it goes.

lol recalls are free to you! Lexus pays the dealer. Take what you can get. You live in FL. The melting dash and door panels are notorious in FL cause of the heat. Tint your windows and use a sun shade. Congrats.

Yup got my fuel sensor recall done last Wednesday. Didn't have any issues prior but good to know it's all set. I was supposed to also get all the panels and dash but it got pushed back a month.

Do you have a reference for those recalls by chance? I just had a fuel component recall performed and they didn't mention any of those other recalls.
