So do you have a touchscreen NAV unit, or base model HVAC setup?

So do ANY of the HVAC buttons/controls work? Do the radio-related buttons work fine?

You can get a used base HVAC unit for around $200 off of ebay. Example :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-2006-08-LEXUS-IS250-AM-FM-6-CD-RADIO-P1801-WITH-AUTO-TEMP-CONTROLS-/271367479435?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item3f2ec3208b&vxp=mtr#ht_421wt_1120

Ive changed the upper led pannel 84010-53081 same problem,
so i put the original one back in , the screen looks the same on both....
when its cold in the mornings, it took a few seconds to lite up,
That's why i thought it might be a moduale that needs replaced.
Radio works, No buttons work on the HVAC control panel.

^So you have replaced the ENTIRE HVAC portion of the unit and still no change?

Have you or a previous person ever installed anything aftermarket into that thing?

I wish you luck, but I've got nothing more on this one.

I HATE electronics-related issues!

Time to trade it in for a 350? Chances are the dealer wont realize the A/C is jacked until after the trade is finalized
