New headlights from warranty :)
Just got my headlights replaced on my 2011 IS250. My old one was fogging a bit and had the bubbling issue. Only thing a that the dealership scratched my bumper on the bottom. My car is dropped on H&R springs. I didn't notice it till after I left but not really worried since I just ordered the F-Sport front lip and it should cover it.

Glad you got your headlights replaced.
However, when I was reading your comment about the scratch, I was expecting something small, more under the lip where its unnoticeable, until I saw the picture.
I would def. mention that to the dealer.
Compensation not being the main purpose, rather so they will learn how to handle customers' cars with more care regardless of ride height. That is just not acceptable.
Letting that go is not doing any future customers any favor

They actually called me today to check up on me to see if my headlights and everything is doing fine and I told them yeah but you guys scratched the bottom of my bumper. So he told me if I wanted to report that in then just let him know. He has to check with the manager and make sure I didn't have that before I came in. Gonna go in sometime this week to show em.
I actually curbed my rim trying to get into a street parking but I wasn't paying attention and got too close. I got new wheels being painted right now so it's all good.
