Tirerack has these tires for $168, original price $217. Size 235/35/19. Is this a good deal or eh....?

Tire Rack will always get you on the shipping costs though. Try looking up comparable tires with the same size, Y-rating, and load index on ebay and you'll see there are other options for $190 shipped per tire.
But to answer your question, yes it is a good deal.
