Default New fog lights

Thinking about ordering these for my 2IS. Has anyone had any experience with product from this website. I know they won't fit perfect but I'm looking to get a diff light out of my fog lights.

i haven't had any experiences with ijdmtoy at all.. if you want fogs go through kbcarstuff.com.. they are a vendor here on the site.. always great deals on or a sale of some sort.. plus free ground shipping to anywhere in the US..

this is what you need.. http://www.kbcarstuff.com/9006-HB4-X...d-9006-led.htm

I would like to just get new light bulbs for my oem fogs but unfortunately I messed up one of the lenses so I'm looking for another alternative way to clear it up and get a diff look for lighting.

I tried the cree 50w led bulbs in the stock fog housing. The color was nice, but the light output was disappointing. Output was much less than the stock halogen bulbs. I returned them and got hids instead, much better...

If you want more light output you need to get HIDs

^ I personally wouldn't recommend HID's in stock fog lights. Massive foreground light, no cutoff + glare for oncoming drivers. Our side fed HID projectors don't offer that much distance intensity, so extra foreground light isn't a benefit.

If you have damaged the fog light assembly, you can get an aftermarket replacement that is OE spec. I think there are some on ebay for ~130 a set.

If you wanted to change the look and have a pretty good output, I'd personally recommend an LED set from VLED or if you have some experience working on cars, I'd do a mini h1 retrofit in the fogs; then you can run some HID's down there. JVX has a write up.

LEDs will not have better output than HIDs, regardless of the housing type.

HIDs in our fogs are not as bad as older civics with HIDs in their headlights that blind every single driver on the road, I havent had any complaints about my fogs in the 3+ years of running multiple sets of HIDs

I have the 6K volt kit from xenon depot and I love it. I wouldn't recommend any other vendor/brand
