Installing Window Spoiler
Hi Guys,
I recently pushed an ABS Black Window Spoiler for my 2011 IS 250.
I know we are to use 3M double-sided tape on the spoiler onto the rear window.
My question is when applying the spoiler to the rear window. There is a gap between the top of the window and the roof of the car. It isn't that big of a gap. Am I suppose to apply the spoiler on top of the window and covering the gap or do I aline the spoiler with the edges of the window?
Sorry, if I'm unclear. Let me know if i need to provide additional info.
Thanks!

you just get them close enough.dont go over the window.they will look uneven.also when you apply 3 m tape.i used 2 line 3m tape.the 3m tape at the bottom.dont laid them too close or after you apply you will see the gap and alo the 3m tape.put the 3m in middile of spoiler .i make mistake and put them outer too much, when i park in hot sun.the 3m lose and stick the right side up but when it cool.it go back to normal.i just live with it.good luck with install

Align it with the window edges. I added double layer 3M tape to give it a thicker non gap look. Also I added JB Weld 3,000 + PSI strength to the 3M adhesive to make sure it doesn't come off the glass...safe on glass and drys quick
