I'm an ET3. How long you been in? You PCS'ing or TAD'ing to Norfolk?

Oh and be careful driving once you get close to/into Virginia. Huge on speeding and they'll bust you any chance they get. I got pulled over 5 minutes away from the end of my cross country drive. The speed limits will switch back and forth multiple times on a road.
PCSing. first time reporting to a ship. I've been in for 1 year 8 months in.

My map is showing that im going through Nevada cause I'm visiting a friend in colorado. after colorado im heading straigh to virginia and only stopping for gas, sleep, pee or if there is a nice view to take a break.

Surprisingly I didn't get any rock chips from the drive from what I can see. Just bugs on the front but I rinsed my car off every day lol I didn't go that route so I don't know what attractions are along that route but it makes sense since you are going to Colorado. Just do 70-75mph the whole way and you'll be fine until you reach the east where speed limits are like 55 on the highway lol i.e Virginia. How many days are they giving you? 8?

I would suggest blue taping your front bumper to avoid rock chips!

Nice, remember to update this thread with PICS. Wish I had a reason to do a cross country trip too

Props! Can't imagine doing that in my s2000, longest distance I did in that car was 600 miles before the wind noise & lack of room started to get to me

that should be a fun drive...you prob won't need to change your tires tho...just oil change and maybe blue tape the front or carry quick wax/detailer to remove some of the bugs during mid-trip...

be safe and as said above Virginia speeds traps are frigging crazy..too many and hide ur radar if u have one bec they hassle in Va.

Im sure there is, I just havent seen it.

Why does it matter? Your trying to protect your car while driving long distances, not trying to make it look pretty lol
