Default oem back up camera to flyaudio

Does anybody know how to wire up a oem backup camera to the flyaudio? I tapped into the reverse camera to the wire labeled back on the flyaudio harness and put a video rca end on the camera wires and when i put it in reverse it says no video signal. Can somebody help me correct this? I appreciate it guys.

I would ask in the fly audio thread for some better responses.

Back when I had a FA unit, I bought a backup cam from eBay and wired it up to the unit and it worked

The camera you buy should have a wire that connects to the back of the fly audio, and one that is required to be tapped into a 12V so that when you shift into reverse, the camera is able to turn on. Without the connection of the 12V, the signal from the head unit a lot will not power the camera. So be sure to connect that 12V to something such as your break lights, and be sure to ground the other wire that came with the camera as well.
