It might be just the carbon buildup, good luck
You can check the brake pad thickness easily and do a visual inspection of the fluids, so it's doable. Did you replace the differential oil as well? Don't forget to check/replace the filters.
Every 20k or so it's a good idea to put a can of BG44 or Seafoam in the tank. Hope this helps

I had an RX350 as a loaner and i liked it, but it doesn't compare to my IS

Dealer replaced the differential oil on my car at 64k (km)/ 40k miles. I have to do it again at 128k. I think it is doable but I do not replace any oils myself because I do not like to deal with the mess...

BK44 and Seafoam are potent cleaners, used for injectors, fuel system and carbon buildup. Seafoam can be used in the oil as well right before you change your oil/ filter

no problem, glad to help, and hold your ground with the dealer. It is NOT normal what you're experiencing and they should pay for the top engine cleanup

If you continue driving it it will eventually give you a misfire code. Hard to do when you need reliable transportation...good luck

BTW, since you're getting close to replacing the spark plugs, the top engine cleaning would be recommended to do right before that. It is advisable to replace the plugs and oil after using Seafoam for instance.
