Exclamation 2006 lexus is 250 HORN problems replace the clock spring

Hello everyone .. I need help..

2006 lexus is 250 horn is not working. I am not sure if the horn relay is broken
or if there is no ground. I check most components of the horn all checks out good.

replace
- clock spring
- steering wheel air bag

Check
fuse - good
horn - good
relay can not find

Before replacing the clock spring the air bag light was on..
** no ckeck engine **
the volume / mode buttons / shifter switches did not work

all fix after changing the clock spring.. my problem now is the horn..
air bag light when away

thank you for repying..

Well I took the stering wheel out twice all looks like is connected very well..
the clock spring was change due air bag light was on, there was code for steering wheel air bag try to reset it did not work, also when i turn steering to left two full turn or to right, i would hear a click sound from something been loose, which it was the closck spring... before the volume for sterio /mode / steering shifter / cruise control were not working.

I replace the clock spring volume for sterio /mode / steering shifter / cruise control and the air bag light when away all work..

But the horn DID NOT WORK.

on the steering wheel the air bag connectors black and orage are connected
another the black ground cable on the steering wheel to air bag or switch is also connected...

I did not check if it was grounded or not......

*** I check this too ****
* the whole time I thought it was the horn but both horns look good, there both connected
* the fuse is good...
* the horn relay I dont were is located in the car which I dont't think thats the problem..
* horn switch from the air bag i press no sound...

please some one Help me... I am good with cars but this got me...

I am thinking it might be a ground a problem...
