Default Guys, those newer VLED mirror puddle LEDs question

I've read the new generation VLEDS 4 LED flank bulbs don't fit like the last generation LED.
What did you do to get the new LEDs to work.
I had the older style installed in my IS350 and they were fine.

Nevermind,I found the info in a 36 page thread.I don't want to Dremel a piece off the recepticle.
Anyone try the two LED flanks in the puddles.I know they fit but how's the light output compared to the yellow bulbs?

I've got the 8 LED bulbs in my puddle lights! Do they fit? Hell no!

Good ol electrical tape + duct tape keeping them held in and water proof ,)

Who needs dremels?

I've used the VLED 4 LED flanks which worked great in 3 vehicles puddle lights and they go and change the friggen design which sucks.
I'll probably go with the two LED flanks I have on hand..At least the light will be white instead of the awful stock bulb yellow puddle look..

I think I am going to dremel the led itself. I am still waiting for them to arrive, I ordered them Feb 28!
