I was on the same boat as you about to gave up my Volk GT 30 and ordered the CV3 in matte silver, after they arrived, and I looked at the wheels and clearly inspected and I found out the paint job on the wheels not perfectly
where the paint meet the spokes and lip not smooth look like it chipping? I think it due when the painter peel off the masking type, the part of the paint come off too? but it not worth for me to change to those cheap CV3? I I keep my volks and return CV3
