Default Help - Rear Bumper reflector removal

Anyone know how to remove the little red reflectors on the lower part of the rear IS bumper? Preferably without removing the whole bumper first?

Any help appreciated.

thanks

its held in place with one screw from the backside of the bumper. not sure if you can reach it with the bumper on (my bumper was off) but the screw is near the sides of the bumper if that makes sense.
