Before & after pics of the chrome blacked out on my IS 350.
So I got some before and after pics of all the chrome blacked out on my IS. I also have some before and after pics of my calipers and chrome trim painted, but I'll have to post those in another thread due to limited upload space. I got everything done for an amazing price at my boy Abraham's shop in Los angeles. Let me know what you guys think. I'm also contemplating losing the yellow fogs and blacking those out as well.

IMO- The blacked out trims compliments the OP's theme
The chrome on the vehicle makes it stand out before but not for the theme the OP is going for.
I personally like the blacked out grille, window trims and belt mouldings. It compliments the theme.
All parts had to be removed to refinish to prevent over spray on the vehicle and gives you a better painted product.

nice wheels and tint !! IF it were mine I would keep both "L"s chrome for a nice contrast.
for the fogs, i would prolly prefer clear, or tint. The yellow looks outta place, IMO.
let us know what you decide
