received my first oil change today at the dealer, have some questions

Default received my first oil change today at the dealer, have some questions
this is for a 2011 IS250 rwd, the part numbers on the invoice for the oil filter is: 04152-YZZA3, but on Sewell.com, the oil filter part number for my car is 04152-YZZA5, which one's correct? also, the oil they used is 0W20 with part number 00279-0WQTE-01, is this full synthetic oil?

04152-YZZA3 is for RWD models, 04152-YZZA5 is for AWD models.

They're both the same filter, the A5 filter just comes with an 1 more o-ring.

As for the oil, yes it is synthetic. As far as I know, nobody makes a 0W20 non-synthetic.
