I would go with the 08 but $27k seems a little high.

Go with an 08 but don't pay $27k.

When i bought mine the dealer had a certified pre-owned 08 with 35k miles for $25,700. That was the sticker price - they can knock a g-bar or so off from that price too.

I would save the 6K. These cars are very reliable. You could even use half of the 6K for mods and you would love it. I havent had a problem with my car for the last 15K. For some advice get the f-sport sways first which ever car you decide to go for. I respect your opinion for upgrading from an evo. The only bad part is that your going from all wheel to rear wheel. The interior and exterior of this car has great one of a kind look. if you decide to go with the 08 have them take at least a grand off.

I would go for the 08... The difference in miles is a lot and you would get a Newer car with a longer warranty.

I bought my 06' with 59K on it and it runs just fine. Minimal maintenance on these cars.

Look at my sig. You'll see what I would do right away. 350 is a really good car. F is a great car.

I traded my 350 for an F. Lots of reasons, none horrible about the 350, but lots positive about the F.

agreed. 27k is quite steep for those conditions.

For the guy who said Evo's are crap, in what way? They are race cars and can easily make 300+ WHP with a few hundred dollars in mods. The look on the Evo is so classic, everyone loves it. It is not a luxury car, which is why I'm making the switch to a IS350 as well because the new job requires a commute in traffic. If I could afford it, I'd keep both my Evo (for weekends) and get an IS350 (for DD).

I've been through more ***** with evos then you can imagine. I worked at a shop and built, raced and broke them for years. Mitsu is JUNK, they make **** products and don't stay behind anything. Yea evos are fast for cheap but so are corvettes and they dont break all the time if you beat on them.

Edit*
Some evo memories...

First one I had on 19" volks

Here it is with a blown tranny at the track just after going 11.9 on meth injection. You can thank the Exedy triple disc clutch for that, that thing was harsh to say the least

Evo 9 built and driven only on 117 and 37 psi

Most recent POS, Evo X on KW V3's, 19x10 RPF1's with +22 offset

I got my IX MR with 22K miles and it has about 41k now. I was going finish the suspension this year and road race/track it. As far as racing and breaking them, my friends track their Evos with just bolt-ons and have no problems. Nothing breaks and they are fast on the track. You compare a corvette is fast too but that car is almost 10-15k more. I'm not a professional on the track or anything, I was going to start out this summer. For the price difference you can have a 2L paired with a FP Black and have fun with over 500whp. Personally, I'm not here to thread crap but I'm just sharing my experience driving my Evo. The community is one of the best I've been in Washington and I've never had a problem in my 6 Speed.

Here's my daily driving Evo which is why I want a IS350. I can't drive this to work in traffic.
