Thanks guys for all the comments! Here is a pic of the front bumper... I didn't take one of the rear (whoops!)
Im going to try to haggle them down.. As for options, I know it has XM, and Lexus is giving me 90 days free. Warranty: As-is.

Yeah, no park assist... so it's base model + premium (which is the heated/vented seats and woodgrain), +18" wheels, +nav, and +XM.... missing the items previously mentioned.
At 81k not only is it past the 4yr/50k full warranty it's also past the 6 yr/70k powertrain AND the 8 yr/80k emissions warranties... so totally as-is.
Now, any lexus is inherently very reliable... and at 81k miles over potentially 3 or 4 years (people seem to forget 07s came out in fall of 06) it's likely highway miles which are the least hard on the car... but at 20k I'd want something with at least a little warranty left on it to be safe (or to give you the option of adding the extended if you wanted it, which you can't do once the 4yr/50k is over).

Both over priced. In Arkansas Im lookin at an 07 with 58K and they want $20k and I said no thanks. Will be driving to dallas to get an 07 with 22000 miles for 22k.
Keep looking. Don't settle!

I just got my 2007 awd with 52k for 17.5k It's the exact same car as yours minus the navigation.
Now I'm a bit of a special case - it had a repo out on it that had to be figured out. However both of those prices are way over from what I've seen. My guy wanted 18.5 originally but I just told him I couldn't do that.

I bought my 07 IS350 with sport/nav/park assist for 27k a year ago. It had 24k miles. And it was from a dealer that gave me 3k more on my trade then any other dealer was offering. Your getting ripped. Take your $ elsewhere

Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you all for your comments and opinions.. I ended up walking away from this one. I just picked up tonight a 2010 Prius, brand new, fully loaded (minus nav, sunroof, and foglights). I decided to lease, 36mo, unlimited mileage (WHOOT!). It cost me $4500 down, and $140/mo. The car is brand new, after bringing it home, it has only 12 miles on it.
Being that I drive 1500+ miles a month, this option worked out better for me, and all problems are covered under warranty.... even my brakes, oil changes, and filters.
Heres a pic:
** for those wondering on the "unlimited mileage", Toyota has this offer: If you go over your mileage allotted to you at the end of your lease, they wont charge you overages SO LONG AS you buy another Toyota/Lexus. Since I plan to stay in the Toyo/Lex family Im free to explore the open road.

Very nice choice! Prius looks good in blue and should give you many trouble-free, low-cost miles.
As far as the unlimited mileage deal, I'd be really nervous about that. Who can possible predict which new cars will be on the market 3-4 years from now and if we'll like them or not? This is even more difficult if you are a car person.
Enjoy the new ride!

Since I dont know what ill be looking into three years down the road, I was kinda iffy committing myself to another Toyota, but then was calmed after talking to my parents... They are big Toyo/Lexus fans. (01 RX300, 04 RX330, 05 GX470, and a 99 Toyo Land Cruiser) So they said when my lease is up they anyways wanted to find something to replace the Land cruiser and Rx300, so if I do not want another toyo/lexus they will be more than happy to buy something for themselves.

Buying an IS this weekend....
So if everything goes as planned on Friday I will be selling my Altima and will be heading to Texas to purchase an 07-08 IS250.
Does anyone have any tips on negotiations? Main question is how much should I start the negotiations off at as not to insult, but also not leave money on the table.
Specs of IS250's I'm looking at:
2007 Blue 40000 miles Lexus certified----$22999 been on the lot for 45days
2008 White 40600 miles CarFax certified ----$22488
2007 Silver 33000 miles CarFax certified ---$22497 (still under Lexus warranty but probably running out soon as Lexus warranty is 4 years or 50000 miles correct?)
Thanks for any input
