You will most likely not find one on this site because the site is anti document piracy, and rightfully so. I have had no luck searching elsewhere either. The only way to access it is to pay a $15 day pass on one of the sites that advertise having it. Google lexus service manuals and you should find one of these sites.

You can download ALL manuals here:
https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lex...nual-search.do
^ I think this should be stickied
If you can't access it there, just login to your drivers.lexus.com account and theres a button to access all the manuals.

The service manual (repair manual) can only be obtained by purchasing it in paper/book form, which can be found on eBay but they run hundreds of dollars, or purchasing access to Toyota's TIS (Technical Information System): https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/
They have a variety of different subscription options. When I bought my 2007 IS350 3 months ago, I wanted the service manual as well, and I searched online and found the books for like $500-600 or burnt pirated CDs with PDFs on them on eBay for like $20, but I contacted the sellers and they were sketchy so I didn't purchase.
When I searched CL I found people directing me to TIS. I signed up for a 2-day subscription for $15 intending to just mass download everything possible. TIS includes:
- All TSIBs (technical service bulletins)
- Technical training course book
- Tech tips
- Collision repair manual
- Accessory installation manual
- Campaign publications
- Service manual
All of the above are available in PDF format and can be downloaded very easily EXCEPT the service manual. It is not in PDF format; it's a Javascript tree linking to a bunch of plain HTML pages with images and texts. I tried about every possible solution I could but found no way to mass download the service manual.
That said, the $15 subscription was worth it just for the ability to mass download all the TSIBs, of which there are many. I've found them indispensable; when I find a reference to a TSIB I can just check my folder of TSIB PDFs, and when I have an issue I can print the TSIB and bring it to my dealer.
So to sum up, TIS is pretty much the only way to gain access to the service manual, but you won't be able to just click "Download PDF" and get it. If you want continued access to it, you'll have to keep a subscription. However, I still think subscribing for 2 days and leeching all the TSIBs is still a great deal for $15.
Hope this helps.

Again everyone, the service/repair manual and the owner's manual are different things. The owner's manual comes with the car. The service manual can be thousands of pages, and shows detailed blown-out diagrams of every component of the car and step by step directions for servicing and working on the cars.

OP, Lexus is completely asinine about service manuals, not wanting anyone to side step their lucrative repair profit margins. A Toyota controlled $ubscription is your only legit access so they can continue to line their pockets with every failure requiring service.
So far, they are the only manufacturer I know of with this attitude.
