Im definately going to do this. Anyone have any luck with the UV leds? Maybe you could see stains on the carpet then?

could just do it the lazy way. find the oem connector and just use t-taps. stick on strip and you're good to go

I just spent the afternoon modding the interior and I added the footwell LED strip. Even though I installed the 5000K LEDs, they are more like 6000K. They don't really match the other 5000K LEDs from V-LEDs. I may also cut some of the LEDs off the strip. They look great when fully lit, but they still appear a little bright when they dim while driving at night for my taste. Maybe I'll get use to it. Off thread subject, since I was taking things apart, I also added the LS door cup LEDs, mirror cover LEDs and illuminated door sills...
