So i was heading out of town and stopped at a gas station in Refugio, Tx to use the restroom... left the gas station and got to my destination. Little did i know, someone hit the right rear of my car at the gas station! The gas station also does not have surveillance in the area i parked... my suggestion to everyone... PARK AT THE PUMPS TO ENSURE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. Learned my lesson on that.

It's frustrating and enrages me, i go out of my way to park away from any cars and this happens... i know it could be worse, but now i have to pay $250 (my deductible) to get this fixed...

Ouch, sorry to see that. Its a 09-10 too still new. I had a little hit and run incident at walmart not too long ago just scratches though.

Yeah I just cant believe no one told me anything (theyre were people in the parking lot).

Since theyre likely going to have to re-paint the area, should i be worried where i take it; it's a leased car, so should i just take it to Lexus to make sure everything gets back to perfect?

I have to admit, I backed into a Mercedes when I had bought my '04 RX. For some reason, I just didn't use the backup camera. Heard a LOUD crunch. I sent my son into the store to find the person. As my son went in, the man came out and I confessed to him I hit his car and asked him what he wanted to do. He said, because I actually told him and didn't run off, he said, go, and I'll just report a hit and run. He thanked me for waiting and telling him. Sure made ME feel better because people who take off are cowards. I know if it happened to me, I would like the person to wait or leave a note.
Sorry there are so many a-holes out there.
BTW, there was $500 damage that I did to my car.....his was worse.
