I was able to get Bluetooth audio streaming by connecting a Blackberry Gateway to an RCA-to-3.5mm adapter to the RCA aux input in the back of the FlyAudio unit. I turned off iPod mode in the FA settings to get Aux mode.

The only issue I had was terrible sound quality. But when I plugged in a Lightning to 30 pin adapter to the iPod cable [I was preparing to revert back to plugging in my phone to the cable], it fixed all sound issues. I suspect there's some sort of grounding issue somewhere. I just leave the adapter on the cable, even though I'm not plugging in the phone. I've finally got both audio and phone calls streaming through Bluetooth now and the sound quality is amazing.

Default iGo Primo out of memory error

I've decided to switch from Odyssey's navigation program to iGo Primo, but whenever I try to load up the application, I get an out of memory error. Any ideas? I can get iGo 8 to work, but not Primo.

Did you modify iGo's sys.txt file or you're using the default parameter?

I have the same issue. What needs to be modified in the sys.txt file?

Here are the contents of the my sys.txt file. They worked with iGo 8.3 and Primo (1.2 and 2.0). If you want to try these setting, you'll need to change the path to iGo's application and content folders. Good luck guys.

I am running iGo Primo 2.0 and yesterday it started saying that it couldn't load the GPS. It is asking me to choose the file to read from and I choose the file and it just sits there. I have looked through and did not see anything on this. Can someone help me with what I need to do to get this fixed?

Thanks

Need more info. Is this happening within Primo or is it the FlyAudio menu? If it's the FA menu, then you should be able to hit the browse button and find the executable file on your SD card. I had heard the 1st gen units had issues with SD card reader, but not the second gen. I had a 2nd gen unit and every once in a while it would act up and wouldn't start iGo, so I had to redefine the path to the executable file.

Good luck

Most of us got our units thru Carlighttrends. Yes, it plays DVDs. You gotta contact David at carlighttrends.com or thru the forum for pricing. The prices probably came down because of the other cheaper unit from china (roadrover). This unit is plug and play; it just needs patience for installation. The reliability is questionable (at least for me). My unit started acting up on the first anniversary.

Good luck
