I hope you mean 225/45/17 (OEM) or 225/40/18.
For my OEM setup I went with what was on the door sticker. For 225/40/18 I went with +2psi extra. However, I think most ppl will have different psi due to many aspects such as different tire brands/models, tire wear and your personal taste for comfort.
