I was wondering how many of you guys use that credit card holder in the sun visor, and if you do what you use it for?

I have the RF remote for my iPod attached to a fake credit card (like they send in the mail as spam). It slides in nicely, keeps the remote handy and didn't take any mods of the car.

The sound absorbing is what's outside the visor, has nothing to do with that little holder.

this is the corect usage. for people who work at airport buildings, court buildings, or business "parks" around malls, and other high paying jobs.

but yes, there are dimples in the visor (run your fingers across it) to absorb sound vibrations. the windsheild is even coated to absorb sound.

i use it for my paper parking pass since it's illegal to hang anything from your mirror in los angeles.
