If you have factory HIDs and own an 06-10 2IS your car does it. The AFS feature was discontinued for 2011.

Just started using the Lexus Enform app for cell phones, you can search for places/addresses in the app, then send the destination to the car's navi. When you start the car and sync your enform folders, your destinations are listed there and ready to navigate. Perfect for when someone texts you their address...

LPS is the Lexus Personalized Settings
http://www.lexus.com/pdf/service/IS_LPS.pdf
You need to go to the dealer and they program it. Supposedly the first time is free.

The rear end is eager to step out once traction is off. I had no problem doing some donuts

They can search it. They will bring out the K-9 and tell you to open it, or they will open it for you. I dont want the police prying open my glove compartment or trunk lol.

Yea ONE time is free, not first. I am the second owner of my car so tech it would be my "first" and I took it to undo some of the stupid settings the previous owner had. My service advisor told me that since the previous owner had already used the "one time freebie" i'd have to pay to have the settings reversed. I bought the car a week ago and told her that if I had known the settings were messed up I would have told my sales guy to change them back BEFORE I took the car home...she said to try and call him but the dealership I bought the car from is about 75 miles away and the charge was only $47 bucks. I'd spend about that much $$ driving to and from the purchase dealership so I figured to hell with it.

OK, this is not really a cool feature, but something I noticed. When I am at home and the car is unlocked, I cannot open the trunk with the button by the license plate unless I have the keys with me. If I do not have the keys, it will not open. I must go inside the car and push the button on the dash...I would think that if the car is unlocked, I should be able to open the trunk with the button on the trunk...Maybe some sort of safety feature?? Oh yeah, the windows will not roll down with the unlock button on the fob. I have a 2011 IS250.

You realize you're replying to a post from about 5 years ago?

And just a bit later in the thread it was even answered- All years have it but only if you they have the Sport or Luxury package.

When you put a water bottle or drink into the center cup holder, it'll make the drink glow.

I drink a lot of water so I thought about changing the light to red one for a good color effect.
