I actually saw this color on the new 06 GS once and it looks pretty nice. I was walking around the parked car to check out the L-finesse design and the color.

I would score the 18's just a little higher than the 17's (as pictured). However, the fine print on lexus.com website says that tire life will be significanty shorter with the 18's. I drive approximately 12K miles a year.. and as everyone might have known, cost for 18" tires aren't cheap!

Off Topic but here is a picture I saw this morning by my dealer. Base IS250 AWD in white for some of you that are interested in seeing the 17s.

Lexus chose a poor candidate for green. I love green, but this color is just off compared to the other cars out in the road.

My personal opinion: Jaguar has the best looking green-colored cars out there.

First time I saw the color I thought it was pretty gross, but I saw it again it started to grow on me. I personally wouldn't rock this green, but I no longer think it is hideous looking. In terms of the wheels, yeah 18's look better, but the 17's do not look bad.

That color is so bad...Kelly Blue Book would have to create a BAD COLOR DISCOUNT CATEGORY! Think of the resale...not many people would consider that color.

I think it is a cool green and quite diffent than the usual, pine, emerald, BRG, type dark greens that are out there. I have the IS brochure right in front of me and this green wouldn't be my first choice but I would choose it over some of the silver/white/baby blues that seem to dominate the color choices. It is a more mature color than the reds, blues and yellows! that dominated the last IS's color palate.

I really like the color, I think it's a nice color. I personally am not a "green car" person so I wouldn't drive it but I do think it looks nice. If someone were to give it to me I wouldn't complain I'll say that. Now the 17s would have to go. Of course this is coming from someone who has 19s so......

It's not THAT bad, but I certainly won't pick it if I'm to buy an IS .
