If you want them cleared then you would have to open the fogs up and remove the yellow film.
I had this done to mine.
Here are a few pics:
Fogs enabled mode
Fogs and HID headlights on
Cleared foglight
If you are interested in having this done, then contact IS300GTR. He can do them for you for a good price or he can guide you thru all the steps.

Actually the DRL's are disabled and the blue is only the reflection from the blue tint from the hyperwhite bulb.
The full power mode was still kind of yellow compared to the cleared fogs, so I kept mine disconnected.
