Default Few questions

So I just got my is300 and have a few questions. First if you look at the pic, there is a hose just below the OCV, where it is supposed to plug in at there it is capped off, is this an issue, trick or.....Next, my drivers headlight is pointing strait to the ground, how do I fix this. lastly, had a cel about my ocv, I have one ordered and a new screen, is there more then one on the car and if so where is the second one and what is the part number?

To answer your questions

1. No, that hard vacuum like doesn't need to be capped off. It's not used on IS300s, but is used on other Toyota models like the SC300 and GS300.
2. The headlight issue. Have you tried adjusting it yourself? Or do you think that the electric motor inside is dying/dead. If it is, you should have an amber light on the dash that warns you that the automatic headlight leveling system is faulted.
3. There's only one OCV filter, and it's inside the oil feed line. That's it. If you are also having a CEL, there's a chance you might need change the VVTI solenoid (OCV) for a new one. I work at Toyota, and these things tend to wear out at 120k-150k like clockwork on almost all of our motors.
